What are the "must-do" things in New York City around this time of year?

I will be in NYC with my sister (16 years old, I'm 22) this Thursday, December 15th - Monday, December 19th. We are already planning to go to a Broadway show. Besides that, what are the top things to do in NYC at Christmas time? Also, can you suggest some restaurants?

Go to Rockefeller Center and go see the christmas tree that they put up yearly its really a work of art.

I suggest going to see a broadway show like Mary Poppins and/or Lion King theyre amazing shows.

Great Restaurants are Olive Garden,Chipotles (Mexican Grill),Dave %26amp; Busters,Red Lobster,Apple Bee's and you should definitely try The Hard Rock Cafe (Great History).

Coming from someone who actually lives in the city I have to say the "stereotyped" NYC stuff is overrated. I strongly suggest that you check out entertainment in Brooklyn or enjoy the nightlife in China town if you want to have a truly good time(also less moronic tourists in those regions of the city)What are the "must-do" things in New York City around this time of year?
Use all your money for explosives, and go low up the statue of liberty for me. I always hated that... Oh and by all means steal a plane and kamakazi into the white house ;)
