Things to do for teenagers in nyc new york?

i am taking a group of 15 year old girls to new york city for one of their birthdays. we are from connecticut so we are not needing a hotel, we are driving in in the morning and driving home at night.. we live an hour and a half from the city.

its only 10 of us so it wont be so expensive, we also dont have a budget. any price is fine. what are some things we can do in new york city in manhattan. they like fun things,childrens things,teen things,amusements.



she dosnt like broadway plays, and weve already taken double decker bus tour rides.

what are some specific things to do for kids under 18. these are teen girls tho. so its not little kids but im not looking for places that serve alchohol. no nightclubs. things that cater to teen girls or teen kids

are there any arcades in nyc, name a few

anything fun or adventurous or girly? i already know the basic tourist things like statue of liberty,broadway show,times square and we are bored of that

Are any of the girls Justin Bieber fans?



I ask as Fabolous and Justin Bieber will be at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square on September 24th, 2009 and tickets are being given away. If they do not get tickets, they can at least be in the "mob" that will be cheering outside.

It's hard to recommend things for teens, but how about a bicycle trip in Central Park, if the weather is nice? It's a really nice place, but would teen girls like it?



Going up to Top of the Rock is pretty cool, and I got an impression teens also find that fun.



Maybe the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum?



Madam Tussaud's if they haven't been there before, they can take some pictures of themselves with fake celebrities.



I know some teens that still find it cool to go to Toys'R'Us, it's a pretty impressive store, plus an indoor Ferris wheel is always kinda cool.



MTV Studios have some kind of public thing, but I've never been there myself.



Shopping? They're girls after all? Either to some of the fashionable stores on 5th and Madison, or some bargain shopping in Chinatown?



NBC at the Rockefeller Center also do public tours of their studios and stuff like that, could be they find that fun.



Sony at Madison Avenue has something called Sony Wonder Technology, where you can learn stuff like music mixing/production etc, Might be more of a boys-thing, I guess, but who knows.



There's a lot of stand-up comedy venues in the city too, they're good for some fun. They always have people on Times Square pushing tickets for them.

answer number 1 is totally right all of those things are fun for teens and i just so happen to be a 15 year old teen girl living in new york city lol i have done some of those things with my friends before and they were all pretty fun you should definitely try any one of those things...especially the wax museum and ripleys believe it or not museum and toys r us is close to both of those so you can go there after its really a cool place
