I like this girl and I THINK she likes me?? but I'm not sure....help!?

So I work with this girl, she's super cool and sexy and everything, she's my manager and she's my age and because of that we hit it right off and we get along fine...I just started working with her, it's been a month already and during the first 2 weeks I thought of her as my manager so I tried not to get too involved with her...but she's way too cool so for the past two weeks I can't stop thinking about her.



I work with her every morning at least 4 days a week and it's just the 2 of us because it's a small gift shop in NYC. i make her laugh, we talk about cool stuff and everything. she even broke the "touch" barrier when she punched me lightly on the arm after i made some joke.



Also she knows i'm single and I know she just broke up with her boyfriend who by the way, almost broke one of her ribs after they got into a fight. she even got a restraining order against him. Since I just met her, I haven't had the chance to see how she acts around other guy friends or if she acts like that with me because she also likes me and she's not too sure about getting into another relationship ??..because of what happened with her last boyfriend.



Another thing..she's white and i'm latino...for some of you that may sound like a no but here in NYC things are different. I like women from any culture....i don't see color I just see beauty. and I just found out that her ex is black ...she even told me that she doesn't like to date white guys and she got a little nervous when she said it...so I don't know!



When we're in the store, she looks at me and smiles....that happened since day so I just thought she was trying to be nice because I was the new guy (and only guy) in the store, but it's been almost a month and she keeps smiling and we look at each other all the time. Also, she wears nice perfume and nice make up, like she was trying to make herself more pretty...i noticed that after the first week.



I can tell when a girl likes me back or not, but with her I can't really tell because she's so nice with almost everyone. For the past week I've been getting nervous around her and i think she's noticing but I'm not sure what to do because I work with her and she's my manager.

If I make a move on her, and I get rejected it'll be weird working with her for a while and I don't want that to happen.
