New yorkers, where are the best places to go and what are the best things to do in nyc?

so im in nyc now and i am really bored. what should i do that might make things a lil interesting? i havent been to any of the touristy sites if that helpsNew yorkers, where are the best places to go and what are the best things to do in nyc?
You can go and see Times Square at night, with all the lights along Broadway and the theaters.
