What are fun things to do in NYC?

My 13th birthday is coming up and I'm going to NYC with 2 of my best friends. I want to know what kind of shows or places that are fun in January 2011. I'm a girl and I don't want to go to any kind of plays. We also don't want to spend a lot of money. We're going on a weekend and only spending 2 days. Any cool ideas? Visit one of the many museums and explore for yourself or go on a tour - for example, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim...

Go to the Empire State Building up to the observation deck.

Visit Grand Central Terminal, where there's a variety of shops, and you can take a free walking tour.

Explore Chinatown, where there are lots of fun shops and places to eat.

See a performance by the Blue Man Group, or try Stomp - both are a lot of fun!

allright good places to go are central park, madam tsuands wax museum, grand central station, the big toy store place, there may still be iceskating in bryant park, you don't like plays but do you like musicals? wicked is one of the best
