What are some fun things to do in NYC for an after prom (besides clubbing)?

Prom is coming soon enough and my girlfriend and I (along with several other couples) are looking for something fun to do afterwards. We're not really party people so we don't have much interest in going to a club. We're basically looking for something fairly relaxing that will be fun. Well if you guys are in the mood for dessert, try going uptown to Cafe Lalo on 83rd between Amsterdam and Broadway or if you are downtown, I like going to Rocco's on Bleecker St. or the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. The ice cream at the Brooklyn Ice Cream factory (pretty much right under the Brooklyn Bridge on the Brooklyn side... address is 2 Cadman Place West) is the best I've ever had, but you won't go wrong with the desserts/coffee at Cafe Lalo or Rocco's either. I don't know how late they're all open but if you don't go that late you should be fine.
