Some fun things may be going out to visit the large buildings and shopping areas, you could also try dining out places and have some awesome mixed drinks at the bars.This is how you could get some stuff and make your own as well if you really wanted to have some fun.

ooh! go to F.A.O. Shwarz , great place, it has a giant piano you can dance on.

Times square in wonderful! you'll find alot of stores you can go in, take pics and stuff.

Go to a Broadway show!

you should do a times square scavenger hunt, its fun to do with a bunch of friends.

Normally I would recommend taking some time off from school, but you are soooo close! I know you can do 4 more weeks! Maybe for these last 4 weeks you and your husband could work out someway to take them to their daycare so you can have some much needed study time, minus the little interruptions. And when you finish school, you'll have a better chance of getting a good job with some decent pay (hopefully, but I'm not sure what you're studying). You are doing great, just keep up your wonderful work
Go 2 Trump Tower, Empire State Building, Radio City, and most importantly F.A.O. Schwarz [Toy store but fun for adults because everything is so interesting].What are some fun things to do in NYC?

just walk around the city (you will find plenty to do!)
