We're in NYC (new to this country), wanna go with the kids for 3-days. Planned on going to Hershey park, but I'm not sure it's worth the money - we're with a 4yo and a 1.5yo, so if we keep that direction what other things on the NYC-Hershey line other than the Hershey "faketory" would y'all recommend? Thanks, royWhat to do with a 4yo and 1.5 yo between NYC - Hershey for 3 days?
Stop in Philly, not sure if it will be good for the 1.5yo but the 4yo will have a blast at Independence National Historical Park, as will you. Also this is very educational and very American so your bound to enjoy it.What to do with a 4yo and 1.5 yo between NYC - Hershey for 3 days?
*Sesame Place is near Philly and is fantastic for kids that age. It's only open seasonally, and will be opened weekends through October.
*Philadelphia Zoo is great, and there is a great aquarium in Camden, just across the river from Center City Philly (take the boat across, try to avoid driving in and out of Camden)
*Philadelphia also has some fun museums - the Please Touch Museum is great fun for young kids, the Franklin Institute is a great science musuem, and the Academy of Natural Sciences has some great dinosaur displays. All are within walking distance of each other.
*Hershey Park and the Hershey factory are a lot of fun, but not as geared toward young kids as Sesame PlaceWhat to do with a 4yo and 1.5 yo between NYC - Hershey for 3 days?
