Really fun things to do in nyc?

Im going to NYC tomorrow and i know about visiting the empire state n times square n central park but i want to do something more fun than just walk around looking at stuff. Here are some of the things that i like to do just to get an idea i go gokart racing, amusement parks; roller coasters (i already went to coney island). Any ideass????Really fun things to do in nyc?

I would suggest any of the following:



- Ride the Staten Island Ferry, it's free and lots of fun. You also get great views of the Statue of Liberty.

- Go to the Safari Amusement Park on Staten Island: http://www.safariamusement.com/

- Staten Island has go-carts and a batting cage: http://www.sigokarts.com/

- Go to the Coney Island International Speedway, it's the largest Go-Kart Track in NYC

- Go Kayaking on the Hudson, The New York City Downtown Boathouse offers free kayak rentals

- Go to the Sony Wonder Technology Lab -- free admission

- Go to the Queens Botanical Garden -- free admission



Here are some other things that are fun to do in NYC:

- See Highline Park -- an elevated Park in the Meatpacking district.

- Get a burger at Shake Shack, hands down NYC's best burger place

- Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, views are amazing

- Get a cupcake at Magnolia Bakery

Take the subway to Union Square. On weekends it's a real scene with a huge farmer's market, lots of people hanging out, sometimes musicians, political demos, etc.





Then walk down Broadway a block or two to Forbidden Planet, "NYC's legendary shop for all the toys, graphic novels, comics,science fiction, manga, anime, t-shirts, statues, art books, posters, games, and movie memorabillia." This store has been there for generations and will probably have things that interest you as well.
