What are the best things to do in NYC?

I'm going to NYC May 20th-May 22nd. There are 5 teen age girls and 1 adultWhat are the best things to do in NYC?
You definitely want to visit Chinatown. Great food, culture and shopping. From there you can walk to Greenwich Village to people watch if nothing else. Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim. Maybe pay a visit to ground zero downtown (I'm a 9/11 survivor and a fan of paying respect to those who were not as lucky as I was). A trip to NYC would not be complete without a Circle Line cruise around the Statue of Liberty. And don't forget to pass through Brooklyn which also has great museums, fine dining and Coney Island of course. Enjoy your trip. What are the best things to do in NYC?
