What are some cool things to do in NYC that not a lot of tourists know about?

A lot of famous people were born in , lived in or died in NYC and many of them are buried within in the city limits

The two most obvious ones of course are Robert Fulton and Alexander Hamilton who have graves that abut each other in the churchyard of Trinity Church at Broadway and Wall/Rector

There is also the Green -Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn

There is also Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx %26gt;note the Jazz section

In addition to both of those there are all the cemeteries along Metropolitan Ave,Woodhaven Blvd, Queens Blvd Greenpoint Ave et al and the reason that you visit them is because you will see examples of funerary sculpture that American cemeteries simply don't allow anymore
