I'll be in NYC in the Times Square area 3/2-3/6 and I want to see at least 2 Broadway shows, go eat at hole in the wall place and nice places, and do all the sight seeing stuff. Where can I find good deals for that and not come back in debt?Where can I find REALLY good deals on things to do in NYC Times Square Area/Manhatten? For Food, Shows, Sites?
Try these sites for a list of sightseeing stuff, things to do and broadway shows

Broadway is hit and miss - TKTS kiosks (there's one in Times Square, one at South Street Seaport and one in Brooklyn) will have discounts of 30-50% off, but, they only get specific tickets - usually at the most expensive level, so you may end up paying more than you would if you went directly to the box office and bought the cheap seats. Hey, even cheap seats can see and hear the action, so it shouldn't be a problem. If you wait until day of show you can either do TKTS (they only sell for that day's performances) or you can go to box office of the theatre and see what deals they're offering.
For everything else, LEAVE TIMES SQUARE. That neighborhood exists only for tourists - which means the prices are jacked up and the quality is a let down. If you're there on vaca, nobody really cares whether you have a good experience cuz you won't become a regular anyway.
People say good things about the Sex and the City tour, but I personally do not like bus tours.
Central Park is free, walking around is free, and a hot dog is $2.
