my sis is 16 and we went to the Madame Tusains wax museum where they have celebrities but in wax and they look SO real! it's really cool, and there's about 4 or 5 floors of wax celebs and presidents-everyone! right next door to the wax museum, as soon as you go outside next door is the ripleys believe it or not museum, it's SO cool! you'll love it! hope ya go to these 2 places, you'll have a blast! have fun with your friends! :)
You got to visit the statue of Liberty she is so beautiful and ellis island is a blast so much history,pier 17 so breathing taking and Time square rocks i got to tell you that so much to see and explore try heading out to Jackson Height's if you want dare to know to more about eastern cuisine and culture the central park going to the zoo is glorious,have fun :) and the empire state building wow that's a total adrenaline rush when you are like so high up the view of the city is amazing..i wish you people a super time just keep warm:)Fun things to do in NYC for 16 year olds?

ahem, anyways, just walk around. Go sit in central park, go to museums / art galleries. Take the fairy to see the statue of liberty (the farries are sooo cool) Whatever you do, stay untill the lights go on, walk to times square and take a picture with the naked cowboy! =]



haha idk, there's lots of fun things to do - just walk around aimlessly!
Go see a Broadway show.. or a whole bunch!

Walk around Central Park



Go to NBC Studios



Shop on 5th Ave.



Go to the Empire State Building or Rockefeller Centre or Both!



Go to Toys R Us in Times Square



Times Square in general



Take a tour bus around the city (no matter how dorky you may look :P)



Check out the new Hollister store in SoHo

We just got back from NYC about a month and I'm definitely going back!

We were there for 3 days, but I think 5 days should be enough.

Around Empire State building, they have a lot of cheap NYc sounviers.





Hotel wise, book early. We stayed in Chinatown (Hotel 91) but it's clean and fairly cheap- though you can heard the subway at night, it didn;t bother us. Becareful of big and cheap hotel, I heard it's not clean,, The last thing you want is to bring home some bed bugs.





Broadway Show: If Wicked was too expensive ( it was for us), so we went to see 'Fuerza Bruta", we got a coupon online and pay half price =) so check online! .. Let put it this way, we will never forget this show.. we had a blast!
