For my 30th birthday in June I am headed to New York City! I was wondering any amazing restaurants, bars or sights and places I need to see while there. I do live in Las Vegas so I have access to a lot of great things. But NYC specific and things we don't have here I would love to experience!30th Birthday NYC Trip?

That's hard! There are way too many things to list! There are so many types of places for everyone. I would say that you should check out http://www.yelp.com and go from there. If you want really crazy, you might want to look into The Box.
Chinatown has incredible food. And of course Little Italy. It really is based on you. Maybe be a bit more precise.
