I grew up in a small town in Western New York State. Our signs were those ones that flashed red for dont walk and white for walk, and were too high up to grab. So no one did pull ups on them. Usually people didnt even use the signs, they just walked across the street when traffic was light. But I've visited NYC and its impossible not to use the signs there. If I go again and see some guy doing pull ups on them, maybe it'll be you!
