My friends and I live in NJ w/ easy access to the city. We want to spend New Years Eve in NYC but we've seen the ball drop before and want to do something really fun and exciting and not too expensive, preferably in Manhattan. I was thinking a rave or concert or something but don't know how to find one. Does anybody have any suggestions? We/re 18-19 years old btw.
