Why do I keep seeing things about NYC?

I was talking to this girl for almost a year that lives in NYc and talked alot about me going to see her I asked twice for her address and never got it.I eventually didnt think she was serious about wanting to meet me so I asked her if she was serious and by accident in the same message i told her I was kidding about wanting to go see her,but the truth is I really do want to see her,but she said she doesnt want to talk to me anymore.Ever since she stop talking to me no matter what I do i see or hear something about NYC no matter where I go and no matter what I watch on tv. Does anyone know whatg the reason for this is? It's starting to get annoying.Why do I keep seeing things about NYC?
You still saw it or heard it before, it just never meant much to your so you didn't stop and dwell on it.

Like when you learn a knew word and you start hearing it everywhereWhy do I keep seeing things about NYC?
There are 2 possible reasons for this, one may seem a little odd, but yeah let me go xD.



1) Your subconscious is openly aware to the situation that happened between you and your girlfriend, and from that everything about NYC will jump out at you, It has always been there, but now you're more open and aware to it so much that it seems that the world is handing you signs as it is? This will usually happen whenever you get into a situation that you go into deep thought about.



2) Maybe you're a bit psychic who knows, maybe you're receiving signs that something in NYC will happen lol.



These things happen to me all the time, but I just have to think logical I can't and shouldn't really make anything of these events or coincidences.



Just relax maybe it'll pass over after you stop thinking about it :)
