What are Some really fun things to do in NYC?

Besides the usual times square etc. We've all been to ripleys and madame tussauds, but what else is there?



I'm open to anything from art to fashion to good shopping to entertainment etc.

I absolutely LOVE New York!

Maybe apart from going to the main areas I believe to get the real sense of it maybe visit harlem and listen to the gospels, absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Or Brooklyn and have a sandwich the size of your head. Or the toy shop opposite the plaza hotel? Very interesting! Visit the rockafella centre? Visit the margolia bakery that's filmed in "sex in the city"

Ellis island and trace back ancestors?
